Gabriela represents both public and private sector employers in state and federal court against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. In addition to litigation, she assists employers with governmental complaints and investigations, including those conducted by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE). Gabriela also counsels employers regarding all matters pertaining to the employment relationship and employment law compliance. Gaby is proficient in Russian.
