Alexis represents both public and private sector employers in litigating a wide range of employment matters, including against single-plaintiff allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters. She also represents employers in class actions and Private Attorney General Act representative actions.
In addition to litigation, she assists employers with governmental complaints and investigations, including those conducted by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).
Prior to joining the firm, Alexis represented plaintiffs in employment law matters, giving her a well-rounded view of complex issues employers face.
